The Messthetics è la band che vede insieme Brendan Canty & Joe Lally di Fugazi col chitarrista Anthony Pirog, Insieme al sassofonista jazz James Brandon Lewis hanno inciso insieme nel 2024 l’omonimo album mentre a febbraio uscirà, sempre per la prestigiosa Impulse!”, il nuovo “Deface The Currency”. Il quartetto offre un dinamitardo sound jazz espresso con piglio punk che si potrà gustare dal vivo in diretta su RCA (mercoledì 28 gennaio alle ore 21.30) nella loro esibizione al Pannonica di Nantes, segnale che arriverà dall’emittente francese Jet Fm.
